It will be held on Saturday May 12th from 11am to 2 pm at Jesus House Baltimore Dream Center.

Highlights

Diabetes screening, blood pressure checks, vision screening, HIV testing, breast exams, bone density screens, one on one consultations with physicians as well as comprehensive health education. Refreshment will be provided to all participants.
